Michael O'Connor started O'Connor Pest Control in 1990 and has spent more than 30 years protecting Houston-area businesses and homes from the pests that come with the Texas climate. From the start, he built the company around a simple idea: treat every customer's property the way you'd want your own treated. That's where the company motto comes from. We won't let just anyone into our homes either, so we never send just anyone into yours.
Michael is a Texas-licensed pest control professional and a TREC-licensed Real Estate Inspector. He also performs the Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR), the termite report buyers and lenders rely on in real estate transactions. On a first visit, he brings moisture meters, telescoping inspection cameras and UV lights to find entry points, leaks and cracks, then writes up an inspection report that explains what he found and recommends a plan tailored to the property. After every service, customers get a service ticket showing exactly what was done and when he'll be back.
Most of O'Connor Pest Control's work is commercial, including restaurants, hotels and motels, office buildings, warehouses, storage facilities, retail stores and malls.
