A WDI inspection produces the Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR), the termite report used in Texas real estate transactions. It must be performed by a pest control professional licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture in the termite category. Michael checks walls, slabs, foundations and closets for termites, other wood-destroying insects, and conditions that attract them.
