Shenandoah packs restaurants, hotels and shopping centers into two square miles along I-45. We help keep those businesses, and the homes behind them, pest-free.
Shenandoah covers only about two square miles of south Montgomery County, but few small cities work harder. Incorporated in 1974, it sits along I-45 right next to The Woodlands, with Portofino Shopping Center, Metropark Square, dozens of restaurants, and a long row of hotels all inside city limits. Memorial Hermann and Houston Methodist hospitals in The Woodlands are just down the road. O'Connor Pest Control serves Shenandoah from our base in Huntsville, straight down I-45.
We're a family-owned company. Michael O'Connor started the business in Houston in 1990, and today he and Lacy run it together, so you talk to an owner when you call. Most of our work is commercial, which makes Shenandoah a natural fit. We protect restaurants, hotels, retail stores and offices with a response within 24 hours, a free interior and exterior inspection and a monthly or quarterly program built around your business.
Busy restaurant rows and hotel corridors give roaches and rodents steady food and shelter, and Shenandoah's heat, humidity and heavy rain keep them active most of the year. Fire ants work the landscaped medians and lawns, and the wooded lots shared with The Woodlands bring termites and roof rats close to homes and storefronts. Call Michael at 281-374-6902 for a free inspection of your Shenandoah business or home.
